The co-ordination between the Insurance Company and the TPA was fantastic for utilising corporate buffer of Rs. 3 lacs. Though it was Sunday, the process was very smooth. We also appreciate the way you communicated and fulfilled the commitment of providing the approval in less than hours’ time.
This helped Mr Ram Dhirwani to get discharged from the hospital without any hassles. His planned discharge was at around 6.00 p.m. but since the approval process was so fast that he got discharged at around 3.30 p.m.

My HEART-FELT THANKS TO VIDAL HEALTH TPA and its staff especially Sri K.Sivaganesh, Manager at Chennai and his counter-part at Bangalore. It will not suffice to simply say that they have helped. So, I wish to narrate in brief,:-
I was hospitalized in Manipal hospital, Bangalore once in September and again recently between 26th to 29th November. In the first hospitalization, with the help of Mr.K.Sivaganesh, there were no anxious periods in getting the authorization or final approval, as my application for cashless hospitalization was sent in time. He also helped me in getting the final approval in time.
But due to some lapse on my part and in Manipal Hospital, though I was hospitalized on 26th evening my application for cashless-hospitalization could be sent from Manipal hospital only on 28th morning by 11.00 am. So, I contacted Mr.Sivaganesh and he arranged to get the authorization just within 2 hours.
On 29th , the day of discharge, I just sent a message by 12 pm to Mr.Sivaganesh and sought for his help. He immediately phoned up to me that they have not received the papers and said it might have been forwarded to Bangalore Vidal Health. Then after getting my SR NO. He had phoned up to Bangalore Vidal health and informed me they too have not received the papers and wanted me to arrange to send the papers from Manipal immediately, as processing at VIDAL HEALTH will be over by 2.pm as it was a SUNDAY. When we contacted Manipal hospital they were just sending the papers. After a few minutes Mr.Sivaganesh informed me that Bangalore Vidal health has just received the papers and that he had requested his counterpart to process the bill and that I will receive the advice in time. Accordingly by 1.46 pm I received the SMS from Vidalhealth. Vow! Within 1 hr and 45 mts of getting the papers they have approved and sent the message. Great!!
Nowadays it is rare to see people doing their services with such sincerity. It is all the more great to do it without minding the time and other pressures. If he had simply said "Sir, it is not falling in our area, you may please contact our Bangalore office" I could not have got the approval in time. The only options left before me then would be either to pay the amount and get discharged or to stay in the hospital for one more day. Hats-off to Mr. Sivaganesh and his counterpart.
As I feel that his services should not go unrecognized I chose to write this letter to you. He deserves all encouragement and I wish him all success in his life.

This mail is to show deep gratitude to you and Sudesh ji. On Sunday Nov 15th my mother passed away in the hospital in Lucknow after a prolonged illness. It was Sunday and we could only take her body home after paying the bill which amounted to almost 4.20lakhs. It was Sunday and the Vidal office were closed .
